TeambuildEurope delivers tailored executive teambuilding packages to corporate clients worldwide. These customised programmes involve fun and exciting team challenges, and the simulation survival exercises are guaranteed to develop changed behaviours and improve team performances.
Working with our clients, we conduct a Team Dynamics Audit™, where each team member is made aware of the importance of diversity in teams, and the value of bringing different perspectives to solving business problems.
The Team Dynamics Audit™ includes individual profiling and building self awareness; building a group value grid; uncovering team role preferences of each individual; and discovering individual conflict management styles. Each team member receives a personal debrief stressing their unique strengths, and pointing out the risks attached to those strengths when they are overused or applied at the wrong time. The team is brought together and a group ‘value grid’ is developed. Implications for team decision-making, communication, and problem-solving are then discussed, and through careful facilitation of various simulation survival exercises, the team develops agreed team processes for problem solving and decision making, resulting in winning performances. All team challenges are action centred, fun and exciting.
